After years as a member of a regional firm, where I led the commercial real section in Mississippi, I have established my own office with a specialized practice devoted to commercial real estate transactions on a statewide basis in Mississippi. I have enjoyed long term relationships with investor and lender clients, and contacts in the national commercial services offices of title companies. My experience encompasses all aspects of real estate transactions, from the drafting of purchase and sale agreements, conveyance of title, new loans, loan modifications, leases, and providing local counsel analysis of real estate issues for clients, including opinion letters for lenders involved in these transactions.
It is my philosophy that merely being accurate isn’t sufficient; merely being timely isn’t sufficient; merely being responsive isn’t sufficient. From my experience with the demands and timing of complex transactions, I understand that you must have all three: accuracy, timeliness and responsiveness to drive each transaction to a successful conclusion. Simply put: in today’s world, there is no room for two out of three. No room for a weak link. My ongoing relationships across the nation thrive because I understand the needs of the parties to close each matter successfully.
